I am pleased to initiate the first of what will be regular updates about our activities and ideas on Crisis1’s newly launched web site. I founded Crisis1 on the idea that we listen to our customers, we make their problems ours, and we get things done!

Crisis leadership, strategic communication and change management, and an insatiable desire improve our client’s abilities to be more efficient and effective have been the hallmark of our rapid growth. Today we have established a reputation with our customers for being responsive, committed, and innovative.

We aggressively seek out and hire team members who “make a difference” for our clients and others around them. This bias to support others with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm truly sets us apart. If we say we will do something—you can count on us. If you are interested in joining our team—we’d love to hear from you!! From Grey Beards to Veterans to Millennials, we bring a diverse team with a relentless work ethic.

We also are firmly grounded in the idea espoused by President Harry Truman that “It’s amazing what can be accomplished if you don’t care who gets the credit.” Serving the greater good is not just a slogan to us—it is a core value. Our success is rooted in our employees’ and your success.

As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Crisis1’s founding principles are founded on the same attributes that made America what it is today and embodied in our service men and women—honor, respect, integrity, and accountability.

Today, we support numerous components and offices throughout the Department of Homeland Security in areas that include program and project management, financial management modernization, change management, communication, audits, and the list continues to expand. Our senior leadership team possesses extraordinary experience, knowledge, and understanding in homeland security and public sector issues.

We also possess significant experience in private enterprise—and execute with the same precision demanded by our government clients. Capitalizing on the strength of our team and strategic partners, Crisis1 can bring “clarity to chaos” in solving some of your toughest challenges—so I invite you to have a look and let’s talk—solutions are closer than you might realize!
